Nike By You Bespoke, is an in-person experience created to allow clients a flexible and accommodating process with which to design their own custom Nike shoes. It is an revamped version of the current NYB platform; merging tactile design process with intuitive digital technology. Clients choose their favorite materials and move them over a target zone to automatically update each part of the shoe. The process uses RFID tags within the material swatches to trigger real time 3D visualization, giving clients a one-to-one representation of the shoes they are creating. The process is guided by a highly experienced shoe designer, should clients have questions or seek expertise. The entire process, from sole to stitches, can even be fully controlled via a custom iPad app. Upon completion, clients receive a digital rendering of their shoes to share, as well as a video takeaway of their experience.
