XFINITY MOBILE PACKAGING
Xfinity mobile is a cellular provider owned by Comcast that allows E-Commerce customers to purchase devices and create a personalized data plan online. Selected phones and accessories are shipped direct to customer and activated through a unique in-home unboxing experience. A solution was needed that would address both the complex needs of in-home activation as well as customer order logistics. A standard base unit size/system was used to ensure simplicity during both the kitting and unboxing experiences. In addition, a step-by-step messaging system revealed though vertically stacking parts provided the relevant information at the correct time to successful activate devices.
